These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at buldanpur.com ("Site") and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the age of majority in your province or territory and have provided consent for any minor dependents to use the Site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from the actual product.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
Payment must be received prior to shipping. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship primarily within Canada. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders over CA$100 as displayed on the Site. This offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@buldanpur.com.
Under Quebec consumer protection law (Loi sur la protection du consommateur, RLRQ c P-40.1), you may have additional rights. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
7. Consumer Protection — Quebec
If you are a consumer residing in Quebec, your purchase is governed by the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec). You have the right to receive a written contract for any distance contract over $50. You also have the right to cancel a distance contract within 7 days of receiving a written copy of the contract, or within 7 days of delivery if the goods are delivered after the contract is entered into.

8. Consumer Protection — Federal (Canada)
Your purchase may also be governed by applicable federal consumer protection laws, including the Competition Act and the Electronic Commerce Protection Act (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation — CASL). We comply with CASL and will only send you commercial electronic messages with your express or implied consent.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25 / Bill 64).
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Buldan Pur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
